La Palma Cigars

In La Palma, cigars are made by hand in the traditional way, using locally grown tobacco. Thanks to a cigar-making process that uses local leaf and methods that have barely changed in centuries, La Palma cigars have built a reputation as some of the most distinctive in the Canary Islands.

The La Palma cigar is characterised by its long, thin shape and light colour. It is made using tobacco leaves wrapped around a core of plantain leaves, then left to ferment for several months before being rolled by hand.
