Welcome to Toro Puro. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules governing your use of our website, your purchases, and your rights as a customer under UK consumer law. Please read them carefully before placing any order.

2. Products & Availability
We offer curated selections of cigars, accessories, and lifestyle goods. All products are subject to availability.

Product descriptions and prices are accurate at the time of publishing. However, we reserve the right to make changes where necessary.

3. Orders & Contract Formation
When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging your request. A contract between us is only formed once you receive a Dispatch Confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud).

4. Pricing & VAT
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

If a pricing error is discovered, we will inform you before dispatch and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

5. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and confirmed via email. We aim to dispatch your order promptly, but delays may occur beyond our control (e.g., courier issues, weather).

Once delivered to your chosen address or collected, responsibility for the product passes to you.

International delivery of tobacco products is not available due to legal restrictions.

6. Returns & Cancellations
6.1 Consumer Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

6.2 Exceptions
You cannot cancel goods that:

Have been unsealed and are no longer suitable for return due to hygiene (e.g. cigars).

Were made to your specifications or personalised.

Have been used or consumed (including smoked cigars).

6.3 Cancellation Process
To cancel, contact us at sales@toropuro.com or use the Contact Form.

If approved, you must return the item within 14 days at your own cost (unless faulty).

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving returned goods.

7. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or misdescribed product, contact us immediately.

You are entitled to a full refund or replacement, including return postage.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used at checkout.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website - including logos, images, product descriptions, and trademarks - is the property of Toro Puro or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it without prior written consent.

9. Age Restriction
By law, you must be 18 years or older to purchase tobacco products in the UK. We reserve the right to request age verification and will cancel orders that fail to comply.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toro Puro shall not be liable for:

Loss of profits or indirect damages.

Loss or damage caused by improper use or failure to follow product guidelines.

Issues beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and for any activity occurring under it. Please notify us of any unauthorised use immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
