Fox Fígaro Cigar Cutter 747

Scissor action cutter in stainless steel, with leather sheath

£52.50

The Fox Fígaro 747 is a cigar cutter that works like a pair of scissors. Slip two fingers through the handles, place the cap in the half moon opening and close the blade for a clean cut.

It is slim and light at 25 g and 7.5 cm long, in stainless steel with a bead blasted finish, and comes with a leather sheath. Designed by Denis Simonutti for Fox Knives, it is best suited to cigars of around 54 ring gauge and under. A thoughtful gift for someone who already enjoys cigars.

How do I cut a cigar with the Fígaro?
Put two fingers through the handles and open them like scissors. Place the cap in the half moon opening, then close the blade. Keep the cap away from the bevelled edge, with the smoking end on the same side as the Fox logo.

What ring gauge will it cut?
It is best suited to cigars of around 54 ring gauge and under. Very large cigars may be too much for the smaller blade.

Does it come with a sheath?
Yes, a leather sheath is included.

Can I carry it or take it on a plane?
Rules on carrying knives differ by place and situation, so please check them before you carry it anywhere. Pack it in checked luggage when you fly.
