Les Fines Lames Le Petit Acacia Burl

Acacia Burl handle with a swirling natural grain

£139.50

The Les Fines Lames Le Petit Acacia Burl has a handle of Acacia Burl, a wood prized for its swirling grain, so no two handles are exactly alike. It feels as good in the hand as it looks on the table.

Le Petit is a Piedmont style folding knife with a built in cigar cutter, made in Thiers, France. It cuts cigars up to 70 ring gauge, suits left and right handed users, and arrives in a gift box with instructions and a hex key to adjust the blade. A thoughtful gift for someone who already enjoys cigars, with free UK shipping.

Wipe the blade and handle with a soft dry cloth after use and keep it dry.
Keep the wooden handle away from damp and direct heat so the wood stays in good condition.
If the blade feels loose or stiff, adjust it with the hex key in the box.
Inside the box is a warranty card with a serial number under the cutter. Scan the QR code to activate the lifetime warranty. The same information is printed on the label outside the box.

How do I cut a cigar with Le Petit?
Place the cigar with the Les Fines Lames logo facing the flat side of the blade, because cutting on the bevelled side will not give a straight cut. Once the blade touches the wrapper, press gently towards it for a clean cut.

What ring gauge will it cut?
Le Petit cuts cigars up to 70 ring gauge.

Will mine match the photos exactly?
It is natural wood, so the grain and shade vary a little from piece to piece. That is part of the appeal.

Does it come with a warranty?
Each Le Petit comes with a warranty card with a serial number, and the Les Fines Lames packaging describes a lifetime warranty that you activate by scanning the QR code. Check the card in the box for the full terms.

Can I carry it or take it on a plane?
Le Petit is a folding knife as well as a cutter. Pack it in checked luggage when you fly, and check your airline and local rules before you carry it anywhere.
