Bromelia is a 75% dark chocolate crafted in Milton Keynes, England, from Cacao Criollo grown in Cumboto, Aragua, in the heart of Venezuela's Ocumare valley. Freddy and Ancir tend the land with regenerative and sustainable agricultural practices that have made Venezuelan Criollo one of the most respected cacao varieties in the world.

The bar is raw, single-origin, and entirely free from additives. No refined sugars, no preservatives, no shortcuts. What you taste is the land, the care, and the bean. Notes of nut, malt, and honey move slowly across the palate, finishing clean and long.
