Tatuaje Cabaiguan No. 52 is a 4 3/8" x 52 short robusto, medium to full strength cigar handmade at the My Father Cigars factory in Estelí, Nicaragua, with Nicaraguan binder and filler. It sits under a silky Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper, running about 50 minutes.

It opens with cream and cedar, moving through a measured line of light spice and soft toastiness, with an earthy undertone and a subtle sweetness that lingers without becoming cloying. It is for the smoker who wants nuance and construction they can trust, in a compact, composed format.

Appearance: Silky, light-tan Ecuador Connecticut wrapper with a soft oil sheen. Fine veins, tidy cap.
Cold draw: Sweet hay, light cedar, toasted almond, a touch of vanilla cream.

First third
Cream-led start. Cedar and light toast come in early with a gentle white-pepper prickle on the finish. The texture feels smooth and rounded rather than sharp.

Second third
The core turns more Nicaraguan: a little more earth, a faint mineral edge, and a steadier baking spice. Cream remains, but it’s now more like café con leche than plain cream.

Final third
Toast deepens into a slightly darker roasted note (bread crust, almond skin). Cedar stays constant. A soft molasses-like sweetness flickers in and out, keeping the finish balanced.
