Aging Room Quattro Nicaragua Maestro is a box pressed Nicaraguan torpedo built entirely from Nicaraguan tobacco, crafted by AJ Fernandez and named Cigar Aficionado's Cigar of the Year in 2019.

Full in strength and built for a 55 minute smoke, it opens rich with dark chocolate and wood before turning subtle with caramel and toasted almonds, closing warm, complex and complete.

Appearance: Rich, dark brown Nicaraguan wrapper under a firm box press, tapering to a sharp torpedo point.

Cold aroma: Dark cocoa and light spice.

First third: Chocolate, coffee, red pepper and earth lead the opening draw, rich and heavy in character.

Mid-third: The pepper subsides as chocolate and earth take centre stage, the profile turning subtle and refined.

Final third: Pepper returns alongside a hint of sweet cedar, the balance of sweet, spice and earth notes carrying through to the last inch.

Body: Full (5/5).

Finish: Long, harmonious, with a lingering trace of caramel and toasted almond.

Heritage: Created by Rafael Nodal for Aging Room and rolled by AJ Fernandez in Nicaragua, the Quattro Nicaragua Maestro was the first Quattro built entirely outside the Dominican Republic and was named Cigar Aficionado's Cigar of the Year in 2019.
