Three full bodied Honduran cigars, two from Aladino's Cuban-seed Corojo line and one from Rocky Patel's smart-value Seed to Smoke range.

Aladino Corojo Elegante: a full bodied lancero built from 100% authentic Corojo tobacco grown from original Cuban seeds at JRE Tobacco. Pronounced dark chocolate and black pepper give way to a rich, earthy depth, the lancero format sharpening every note. A serious cigar that rewards the patient smoker, around 35 minutes.

Aladino Corojo Gordo: the same Cuban-seed Corojo puro in a generous 6 1/2" x 60 format. Roasted coffee dominates early before giving way to cedar and a lingering earthy sweetness, a cigar to sit with, around 65 minutes.

Rocky Patel Seed to Smoke Classic Maduro Toro (6" x 52): Cuban Sandwich construction, short filler from Honduras and Nicaragua, whole-leaf Honduran binder and a Honduran Maduro wrapper, hand rolled at the El Paraiso factory. Cedar and coffee lead, with a measured spice building steadily through the smoke, warm, honest and composed, around 55 minutes.

Recommended order: Aladino Corojo Elegante first while the palate is fresh, since the lancero format is the most demanding and rewards full attention, then Aladino Corojo Gordo for the longest and most layered session, finishing with the Rocky Patel Seed to Smoke Classic Maduro Toro as the most composed and approachable of the three despite its full body.

Heritage: Aladino is produced at JRE Tobacco in Honduras, reviving 100% authentic Corojo tobacco from original Cuban seed stock across both the Elegante and Gordo formats. Rocky Patel runs a vertically integrated supply chain out of the El Paraiso factory in Honduras, and the Seed to Smoke line's Cuban Sandwich construction keeps quality high while the price stays accessible.
