Canoabo is an 85% dark chocolate crafted in Milton Keynes, England, from cacao grown in the northern valleys of Venezuela, where forest, culture, and cacao have lived together for centuries. Rodrigo Morales and his family tend this single farm with a combination of traditional care and modern methods, drawing out the best of each harvest from a region that has carried this knowledge across generations.

Made with just three ingredients — 85% cacao, organic brown cane sugar, and cacao butter — the bar is honest and precise. What you taste is the land: dried fruit, a warm earthiness, and a quiet caramel depth left by the organic sugar. Nothing excessive. Nothing hidden.
