Handmade in Nicaragua as a true puro, with wrapper, binder and filler all grown on Plasencia soil, this 4 7/8" x 52 Robusto is medium in strength and built for around forty five minutes of considered smoking. The construction is precise, as expected from a family that has shaped premium tobacco since 1865 across Nicaragua and Honduras.
This is a cigar for the quiet hour you set aside on purpose. Grown at 1,300 metres on the Plasencia family's Finca San Julián estate in Condega, it carries a genuine sense of altitude, a lift and clarity you can taste from first light to final ash.
The smoke opens with marzipan and honey, a rich, creamy sweetness that stays polished rather than sugary. Nougat holds the centre early on while a subtle earthiness builds underneath, then a thread of orange zest brings brightness as the cigar warms. Through the core, warm cedar and more nougat add depth and structure, before a ginger spice finish ties everything together with quiet precision.
