The Busker Single Grain is the most approachable expression in the range, and the Marsala cask finish is what makes it stand apart.

Matured in ex-bourbon barrels and then finished in hand-selected ex-Marsala casks from Cantine Florio, one of Sicily's oldest and most respected wine producers, the result is a whiskey with a warmth and roundedness that feels effortless. The Marsala influence is subtle but present, adding a layer of dried fruit sweetness and softness that lifts the whole profile.

On the nose, fresh vanilla and caramel come through immediately, clean and inviting. Hay adds a lighter, more delicate character underneath. On the palate, toasted oak provides structure and baking spice builds gently, with cinnamon giving warmth without heat. The finish is rounded and smooth, without any sharp edges.

Pairs naturally with a light to medium-bodied cigar. 

We recommend the Romeo y Julieta Short Churchill. The honey, dried fruit and natural sweetness of the cigar echo the caramel and Marsala warmth in the whiskey. Both are compact, elegant and built for the unhurried moment.
